Noa was born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel. In 2014, after completing her army service as the head secretary to the Colonel, she moved to New York and began studying acting at Stella Adler Studio.
She worked on method classes and on-camera acting, followed by courses at the Lee Strasberg acting conservatory, where she showcased her talents in challenging performances as Queen Elizabeth in Shakespeare's Richard III and Nina in Chekov’s The Seagull. She most recently completed Anthony Meindl's actors workshop.
She is currently living in New York, and traveling to LA for creative work.
Noa continues to demonstrate her versatility in short films such as "Essential Tremors" and "Red Hot Frog". She was featured prominently in music videos for Counting Crows, Paul Van Dyk, and Merrymakers, directed by Bill Fishman.
